Work items are objects in Hyperproof that represent work to be tracked and completed. They can be linked to multiple objects, reducing duplication of work and providing visibility into your organization's overall compliance posture. For example, administrators can determine whether the presence of any issue, several issues, or past due issues is what makes a control Critical or At Risk.
Work items can be viewed within an object, e.g., a control, as well as from the Work items tab.
Administrators can view work items:
Assigned to them
Created by them
Where they are a member or have inherited access
Tasks, repeating tasks, requests, evaluations, issues, and approvals are all work items you'll find in Hyperproof.
Note: Administrators can add themselves to parent objects, providing them access to associated work items.
