Roles and permissions
The following roles can access the Work items - Evaluations tab:
Administrators
Compliance managers
Users
Limited access users
The Work items - Evaluations tab lists all completed and pending evaluations. Evaluation assignees review the language and effectiveness of the following controls, requirements, and risks to reduce risk. For more information on assessments and evaluations, see Assessments and Using Hyperproof to perform assessments.
You can view evaluations in the following styles:
Card view - provides a kanban-style display of your evaluations, with each evaluation represented by a card. Cards include the assessment name, the ID and name of the object being evaluated, and the status.
Grid view - displays evaluation records in a table where you can bulk edit those records.

The Filter icon opens the Filter panel, where you can filter evaluations by the following fields:

The Gear icon opens the Settings window, where you can select the fields you want to include in the grid view. You can drag and drop the fields to change the display order. | |
Use the view icons to switch the window between the Card view and Grid view. The Card view icon is on the left, and the Grid view icon is on the right. | |

All | The All tab displays all evaluation records. |
Assigned to me | The Assigned to me tab displays evaluation records where you are the assignee or the owner/creator. |

Grid view - Menu bar | Use the Menu bar options to complete bulk updates to the list of evaluations.
Select the checkboxes for the records you want to edit. Options and fields you can edit include:

ID | This is the evaluation ID. Evaluation IDs always begin with EVAL. |
Name | The Name contains the system-generated title for the evaluation. For example, an evaluation name for a control evaluation is in the format: <Control ID>: <Control Name>. This field can be edited. |
Description | The evaluation Description field contains user-specified text with instructions for the evaluation. This field is optional. |
Status | The Status field indicates the evaluation's current status. Statuses include:

Due date | The Due date field indicates when the evaluation must be completed. Hyperproof uses the due date as a trigger for notifications. |
Priority | The Priority field indicates the importance of the evaluation. The default priority is Medium. |
Assignee | The Assignee field displays the user icon and name of the person assigned to the evaluation. |
Source | The Source field link shows the location of the item being approved. Click the link to access it. |
