Roles and permissions
The following roles can access the Work items - Repeating tasks tab:
Administrators
Compliance managers
Users
Limited access users
The Work items - Repeating tasks tab lists all configured repeating task templates. Repeating tasks can be attached to a control, label or risk. Repeating task templates generate tasks on a schedule or when triggered by a user-specified event.

Import | Import repeating tasks from a CSV file. See Importing repeating tasks. |
The Filter icon opens the Filter panel, where you can filter repeating tasks by the following fields:

Menu bar | Use the Menu bar options to complete bulk updates to the list of repeating tasks. |
Clear | Clears any checkboxes you have selected on the Grid view. Displays only when at least one checkbox is selected. |
Delete | Deletes the selected repeating tasks. See Deleting a repeating task. |
Assignee | Bulk edit the assignee for selected repeating tasks. |
Organizer | Bulk edit the organizer for selected repeating tasks. |

Name | The Name of the repeating task. |
Repeats | Displays the trigger for the repeating task. Options include On schedule or On event. |
Repetition | Provides the details for the Repeats trigger. Triggers include:

Target type | The object type of the object targeted by the repeating task. This object is where proof will be uploaded when the resulting task is completed. Options include:

Target ID | The ID of the object that is targeted by the repeating task. This value also serves as a link to the target object. Target IDs for the Multiple scope assignments target type are not links because the repeating task is applied to multiple scope assignments. |
Integration | The icon for the task integration configured on the repeating task. Hyperproof supports task integrations with Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow. When the repeating task is triggered, a task is created in Hyperproof and the integration system. |
Assignee | Displays the user icon and name of the person assigned to the repeating task. The tasks generated from the repeating task inherit this assignee, except in the case where the target object is scope assignment or multiple scope assignments. In that case, the user can configure a different assignee for each scope when configuring the repeating task. |
Group | If the repeating task assignee is set to a Hyperproof group, the group name displays. |
Due date | The number of days from the creation of a task until that task is due. |
Open tasks | The number of open tasks associated with a repeating task. For example, if Repeating task one has generated 25 tasks, how many of them remain open/incomplete. |
Created on | The date the repeating task was created. |
Created by | Displays the user icon and name of the person who created the repeating task. |
