Roles and permissions
The following roles can access the Work items -Tasks tab:
Administrators
Compliance managers
Users
Limited access users
The Work items - Tasks tab lists all open and pending tasks for objects where you are a member. Tasks can be attached to almost any object in Hyperproof.
You can view tasks in the following styles:
Card view - provides a kanban-style display of tasks, with each task represented by a card. Cards include the name of the object linked to the task, the task name, the priority, the assignee, the due date or the number of days past due, and the task status.
Grid view - displays task records in a table where you can bulk edit those records.

The Filter icon opens the Filter panel, where you can filter tasks by the following fields:

The Gear icon opens the Settings window, where you can select the fields you want to include in the grid view. Drag and drop the fields to change the display order. | |
Use the view icons to switch the window between the Card view and Grid view. The Card view icon is on the left, and the Grid view icon is on the right. | |

All | Displays all tasks you have permission to view. |
Assigned to me | Displays all tasks assigned to you. |
Status | Task statuses are displayed across the top of the Card view. Statuses include:

Grid view - Menu bar | Use the Menu bar options to complete bulk updates to the list of tasks.
Select the checkboxes for the records you want to edit or export. Options and fields you can edit include:

Name | The Name of the task. |
ID | System-generated ID for the task. This ID always starts with T-. |
Status | Task statuses include:
|
Type | Indicates that the record is a task. |
Due date | Date by which the task should be completed and marked Submitted. |
Integration | The icon for the task integration system and the link to the integrated task. Hyperproof supports task integrations with Asana, Jira, and ServiceNow. Tasks with an integration have a corresponding linked task in one of the integration systems. |
Assignee | Displays the user icon and name of the person assigned to the task. |
Group | If the task assignee is set to a Hyperproof group, the group name displays. |
Target | The name of the Hyperproof object, such as a control, that is the task target. This value also serves as a link to the target object. |
Created on | The date the task was created. |
Created by | Displays the user icon and name of the person who created the task. |
Show closed tasks | Opens the closed tasks grid. |
